Bernstein at 100, Copland and Gershwin

Celebrate Leonard Bernstein’s 100th birthday as we pay tribute to his musical masterpiece. Music from iconic American composers Aaron Copland and George Gershwin, join in on the celebration, as well as our own Allentown Symphony Chorus under the direction of Eduardo Azzati and guest soloists Lester Lynch, Laquita Mitchell & Jermaine Smith.
The grand finale, Bernstein's Olympic Hymn, will feature the combined voices of 4 choruses: Allentown Symphony Chorus, El Sistema Lehigh Valley Fellowship Choir under the direction of Kyle Keller, Lehigh Valley Charter School for the Arts Choir directed by Neil Chaban, and Hackensack High School Advanced Chorus directed by Julie Platte.
This exciting, uplifting piece will fill your soul with pure joy!
