The 2018 Symphony Ball returns to Lehigh Country Club. This black tie event includes a cocktail hour, dinner, silent & live auctions, and Back2Life returns with live music to dance the night away.

• Middle Eastern Salad: Crisp greens with tomatoes, cucumber, goat cheese crumbles, garbanzo beans and red onions, served with a honey pomegranate vinaigrette
• Assorted fresh rolls and butter
• Entree features a duo of Beef Tenderloin, coriander crusted with fig and balsamic demi-glace and caramelized cipollini onions & Roasted Sea Bass prepared with a reduction of aromatic preserved lemon ragu (Vegetarian option: Baked Eggplant Rollatini served with a marinara sauce and garnished with Parmesan cheese)
