Erich Cawalla Quartet performing Jazz, Blues, and Swing
Erich and his All-Star Quartet are excited to bring great vocal and instrumental jazz to the Miller Symphony Hall Jazz Series. Erich and his producer/bassist Bennie Sims from Boom! Camp Productions have been working tirelessly over the past 5+ years on his debut album "Erich Cawalla - The Great American Songbook". The album features a 17-piece big band with strings as well as Special Guests, Trumpet Legend Randy Brecker and Percussion Great Leonard "Doc" Gibbs. It was originally set for release in March 2020 as part of his hometown Berks Jazz Fest in Reading but due to Covid-19, the album's release is now set for a later date in 2021. During this performance, Erich and his All-Star group will be performing some great jazz songs of the past, blues selections, and even 2 or 3 toe-tapping originals that have appeared on Erich's full-length original releases with The Uptown Band. There will even a special St. Patrick's Day selection. Join us for this special event.
