Music Director Diane Wittry leads the ASO for this lyrical, eclectic program. We welcome ASO Composer-in-Residence Chris Rogerson to the community with our first performance of his introspective In Passing. Then ASO Principal Bass Peter Paulsen will make a Paganini-like flourish in Bottesini’s Concerto for Double Bass No. 2. The program concludes with Schubert’s vibrant Fifth Symphony.
