Part of the New Music Chamber Series, the Allentown Symphony partnered with Union & Fitch Restaurant to present a chamber concert of music by area composers inspired by the food on their menu! This program features premiere performances of short works by Hailey Belvio, Pierre Bohemond, Karen Danial, Pete Deshler, Ashlyn Leary, Mike Lorenz, Tom Maher, Steve Reisteter, and ASO Composer in Residence, Chris Rogerson.

The concert will take place at Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts, 321 E 3rd St, Bethlehem, PA.
UNION & FINCH
Union & Finch is an American style restaurant located at 1528 West Union Street in Allentown offering lunch and dinner 6 days a week as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The menu consists of casual fare that will include "comfort" foods along with cuisine that is reflective of the diversity of our city. Our restaurant combines the nostalgia of a long-lost neighborhood joint with a modern bistro setting to create a destination for relaxed, casual dining.
MENU
Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine offers a flavor, color and texture profile that crosses many ethnicities in our city.
- Mediterranean Dip Platters of white bean hummus dip and a roasted red pepper dip. Served with pita chips (contains nuts).
- Couscous Salad Couscous, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, kalamata olives, white beans, feta cheese, mint, lemon and oil dressing.
- Moroccan ChickenChicken marinated in preserved lemons and moroccan spices, mixed with olives, onions, parsley, cilantro, chickpeas & naan bread.
- Kanafa Crunchy shredded phyllo dough baked with a layer of creamy sweet cheese drenched in rosewater syrup.
