This high energy evening brings together exciting vocalists from the Broadway stage performing selections from both Rock and contemporary Broadway hits. Featured in this show are selections from such popular musicals as Wicked, The Lion King, and Phantom of the Opera and some of Rock’s greatest hits currently on Broadway such as Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Bohemian Rhapsody, and Man in the Mirror.

The Louis E. Dieruff Select Choir, under the direction of Jennifer Dodd will also be joining in as well as some members of the Allentown Symphony Chorus, under the direction of Eduardo Azzati.


ARTIST BIOS

CHLOE LOWERY
Chloe Lowery is an American singer/dancer/actress/songwriter born in Largo, Florida. By the age of nine she was performing professionally at corporate events and by age 12 she was signed to RCA Records. She was featured on two movie soundtracks during that time, “Boys and Girls” and “Joe Somebody.”

While honing her crafts at prestigious music and acting schools in Boston and New York City, she toured with Big Brother and the Holding Company filling Janis Joplin’s shoes. Chloe simultaneously worked closely with world-renowned producer, Ric Wake that led to her collaboration with Yanni. Chloe lent her vocals and songwriting talents to the 2009 Yanni Voices Project produced by the Disney Pearl Imprint. She was featured on PBS as a featured artist in “Yanni Voices Live from Acapulco.” Her most successful performance/release, Change, quickly became a fan favorite. After US and Mexico Tours with Yanni, she was signed to Disney/Hollywood Records as a solo artist. Chloe has since been featured on Yanni’s 2013,2014, and 2016 releases: Truth of Touch, Inspirato, and Sensuous Chill as vocalist and songwriter.

In the spring of 2010, Chloe joined multi-platinum selling rock band, Trans-Siberian Orchestra performing as Theresa on their Beethoven’s Last Night Tours.  Chloe joined their annual winter tour in 2011 to rave reviews for her renditions of For the Sake of our Brother (Oh Come all Ye Faithful), Prince of Peace, and Music Box Blues. Chloe continues to work with TSO on stage and in the studio.  Chloe has since had the privilege to tour with Chris Botti, perform with the New York City Ballet as a featured vocalist, and contribute her songwriting talents for artists like Everclear, among other accomplishments.

In 2018, Chloe made her Broadway Debut in Rocktopia leading the show with the likes of Pat Monahan (Train), Dee Snider (Twister Sister), and Robin Zander (Cheap Trick). She continued to tour the project and be part of their acclaimed PBS special. Other recent credits include; Trans Siberian Orchestra Live at Wacken and Winter Tours, featured vocalist on Joel Hoekstra’s 13 Album, featured artist on Phantasms “The Deviant Hearts” Album, lead vocalist in The Rock Tenor, Broadway Rox, The Music of Queen, CHAMELEON, Forbidden Saints and Friends @ Nokia L.A Live and many more.

In 2019, Chloe released her critically acclaimed debut solo album, “The In-Between,” which she self-penned and produced from her Brooklyn Apartment.  The album touches on the emotional phases one goes through when facing monumental change.  It explores the highs and lows of heartbreak ending with the emotional “Don’t Let Yourself Down,” which touches on the root of self-discovery and acceptance.  Not only did she record a full-length album that seamlessly flows as one storyline, but she also created music videos as a visual background to every song and interlude on the record furthermore depicting the full emotional ark of the album. 

Chloe is also a very active concert soloist with symphony orchestras all over the world including recent and upcoming performances with the Houston Symphony, Colorado Symphony, Charlotte Symphony, Grant Park Music Festival, Florida Orchestra, Reno Philharmonic, Columbus Symphony, Ft. Wayne Philharmonic, Harrisburg Symphony, Youngstown Symphony, Arkansas Symphony, Charleston Symphony, Calgary Philharmonic, Helena Symphony, Gulf Coast Symphony, among others. She was also a featured soloist at the International Music Festival in Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic.

LAKISHA JONES
Best known to millions of TV viewers as a top four finalist during the 2007 season of “American Idol,” LaKisha Jones is ready to reclaim center stage in music, theatre and television.

 Having worked with hit-making songwriters and producers including Tony Nicholas (Patti LaBelle, Luther Vandross), Ro & Sauce (Brandy, Ne-Yo) and Greg Curtis (Keyshia Cole, Yolanda Adams), Jones’ album, “So Glad I’m Me” featured a spirited mix of R&B and soul. A few noteworthy songs included the single “Same Song,” penned by award-winning songwriter Dianne Warren, Whitney Houston’s “You Give Good Love,” the gospel song “Just As I Am,” and Jones soaring ballad to her daughter, “Beautiful Girl.”

Her drive and motivation dates back to her childhood in Flint, Michigan. Raised by her mother and grandmother, Jones was exposed to music by legendary singers such as Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin and Patti LaBelle, with her grandmother urging the young girl to “let your voice shine” thereby prompting Jones to sing in church choirs and music programs. Joining various choral groups and a cappella choruses throughout high school, Jones entered and won the top prize at Flint’s local talent contest, The Super Show in 1997.

Jones then went to New York to audition for “American Idol” and segued from “Idol” to the Broadway stage for The Color Purple where she played “Sophia”, which she alternated with R&B icon Chaka Khan, who became her mentor. Jones participated in Khan’s 35th Anniversary Tour. Following her Broadway stint, Jones provided vocal coaching on MTV’s reality competition “Legally Blonde: The Search for Elle Woods,” a show designed to find and hone Broadway’s next star.

A frequent soloist with symphony around the world, Ms. Jones has performed as a guest soloist with the National Symphony, San Diego Symphony, Utah Symphony and Opera, Winnipeg Symphony, Evansville Philharmonic, Jacksonville Symphony, Minnesota Orchestra, Houston Symphony, Phoenix Symphony, Colorado Symphony, Winnipeg Symphony, Windham Chamber Singers, Grand Rapids Symphony, Vancouver Symphony, Calgary Symphony, Battle Creek Symphony, Reno Philharmonic, Oregon Symphony, Long Bay Symphony and the Festival Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic, among many others.


DAN DOMENECH
Dan Domenech’s versatile vocals have been heard in 49 states and 8 countries.  From starring on Broadway to Touring with productions like the Tony award winning musical RENT, Wonderland, Sister Act, Rock of Ages, and Kinky Boots, Dan has made his mark as one of the industry’s leading men.

In concert, Dan’s recent and upcoming performances include the Grant Park Music Festival, Houston Symphony, Cleveland Pops, Virginia Symphony, Evansville Symphony, Youngstown Symphony Orchestra, Missouri Symphony, Fremont Symphony, Lansing Symphony, Orchestra Kentucky, Terre Haute Symphony, Gulf Coast Symphony, and Heartland Festival Orchestra, the orchestral powerhouse Rocktopia, and Nederlander Worldwide’s production of Broadway Rox.  He’s worked with composers Tom Kitt, Laurence O’Keefe, Frank Wildhorn, and Alan Menkin on new productions in development and currently on Broadway.

Dan has made guest appearances on Glee (Fox), Gotham (Fox), Viva Luaghlin (CBS), consulted on The Oscars, Emmy’s, Kids Choice Awards, and worked with Directors Ben Stiller, Brett Ratner, Ivan Reitman, and Adam McKay on several films in Los Angeles.
