The Allentown Band will be joined by fifty advanced high school musicians from area high schools for the band’s Annual Side by Side Concert at Allentown’s Miller Symphony Hall. Allentown Band Conductor Ronald Demkee will share the podium with Guest Conductor Lt. Colonel Michael Hoerber, Director of Operations of the USAF Band in Washington, D.C. in the concert featuring the music of John Williams including- The Cowboys, March from 1941, Summon the Heros, Raiders March from Raiders of the Lost Arc, Star Wars and many more favorites. USAF Band’s Master Sergeant Michael Brest will be the featured soloist.
