Ticketing Terms & Conditions

The Allentown Symphony Association Inc. (ASA), the owner/operator of Miller Symphony Hall (MSH), reserves the right to make changes to scheduled performances without prior notice. All sales are final. There are no refunds. Exchanges may incur additional fees. If unable to attend an event, you may call the Box Office to convert your tickets into a tax-deductible donation. Please check your ticket information carefully when purchasing.

Each ticket purchased from MillerSymphonyHall.org or from our in-person Box Office at 23 N. 6th Street, Allentown, PA, 18101, constitutes a license from the Allentown Symphony Association to the purchaser. No ticket may be transferred or resold for any-price above the purchase price provided on the ticket. By accepting a ticket, you are agreeing to the terms of this license.

We prioritize the secure sale of tickets and aim to ensure patrons’ confidence in their purchases. By buying a ticket through MillerSymphonyHall.org, by phone, or in person, patrons agree not to resell or allow another party to resell their ticket.

Everyone in attendance must have a ticket, regardless of age. There are no exceptions. Please contact our Box Office at 610-432-6715 with any questions about the age appropriateness of any event.

Authorized Ticket Sellers

The Miller Symphony Hall Box Office and our ticketing vendor Salesforce via MillerSymphonyHall.org are the only authorized sellers of Miller Symphony Hall events.

If you purchase tickets from another source, such as Seat Geek, Vivid Seats. Ticketcenter.com, Ticketsales.com, Ticketmaster, or any other unauthorized reseller, you risk that these tickets are fake, void, or have previously been canceled.

Ticket buyers who purchase tickets from a ticket broker or any third party should be aware that ASA is unable to reprint, refund, replace, or exchange lost or stolen tickets and is unable to contact patrons with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates regarding the performance.

The ASA is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties such as ticket brokers, scammers, or online outlets. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and do not guarantee admission into an event. The ASA cannot replace such tickets if lost or stolen and cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, or other pertinent information.

If a ticket is resold for commercial gain or advertised for sale, ASA may cancel or void the ticket. Additionally, the account associated with the ticket may be terminated at the discretion of ASA Box Office staff.

Please be aware that all orders may be changed to will call, requiring ticket pickup in person with a matching valid photo ID. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event at Miller Symphony Hall patrons agree to these terms and conditions. If purchasing tickets on behalf of someone else, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inform them of these terms and conditions.

Be Aware of Third-Party Re-Sellers

The Allentown Symphony Association (ASA), the owner/operator of Miller Symphony Hall (MSH), is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The official website for our venue is https://MillerSymphonyHall.org, and any purchases you make should be on a page that has MillerSymphonyHall.org in the web address.

We are aware that there are third-party broker websites that re-sell tickets to our shows at a substantial markup. MSH is not affiliated with these re-sellers.

Ticket Scalping is not a crime in Pennsylvania provided the reseller is registered with the County Treasurer and does not collect $5 or 25% more than the face value of the ticket. Reselling a ticket without a license IS a crime as is charging significantly above the face value of the ticket.

If you feel you have been sold tickets fraudulently, you might be able to find redress by disputing the credit card charge and by contacting the Pennsylvania Attorney General.

To ensure that you are buying valid tickets at the correct price, we strongly recommend that you purchase directly through us in one of the ways listed on our website.

As part of our effort to combat this issue, the Box Office uses its discretion when mailing orders for high-profile events/artists and reserves the right to hold these orders at will call and to restrict ticket transfer privileges. Photo ID is required to collect will-call tickets. Patrons found to have re-sold their tickets for higher than face value may have their orders canceled and tickets voided without a refund and may be prevented from purchasing tickets through our venue in the future.

Avoid Buyer’s Remorse – Protect Yourself From Third-Party Vendors!

Notice the signs of scams. Does the ticket price seem high? Is crucial information like seat number or row missing from the listing? Does the address bar on your screen say something that’s not https://millersymphonyhall.my.salesforce-sites.com?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, do not purchase the tickets. Have questions about suspicious listings online? Give us a call at (610) 674-4377 before adding to your cart to avoid any buyer’s remorse.
